What is your return policy? 

Thank you for your purchase. Your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. We want to make it easy. No authorization from customer service is required when making a return or exchange and we will not charge additional shipping to send an exchange.

Include a copy of your original receipt and note if the items is being returned for a refund or exchange. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and unopened. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

Shipping & handling charges are calculated on the merchandise total according to the schedule below. The rates below are for standard orders shipped within the continental United States. Please call customer service at (877) NAT-PARK for rates to Alaska, Hawaii and International destinations.

When will I receive my order? 

All orders will be processed within 3 business days of placing the order. For U.S. domestic locations, delivery of in-stock items will occur within 7 - 10 days for standard shipping and 3 - 4 days for expedited shipping. For international locations, delivery may vary. Delivery methods and time for expedited mail will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
