National Park Service employees and alumni, Volunteers-in-Parks, cooperating association employees, National Park Foundation employees and members of the Student Conservation Association are permitted to purchase Arrowhead products.

The nps.gov email address assures us that you are approved to purchase Arrowhead items. If you do not have an nps.gov address, include your affiliation in the comments field to help us verify your involvement with the National Park Service.

Arrowhead Store will now require users to have an account before completing purchases. If you already have an account, log in to your account and go to the account registration page to update your tax-exempt status. If you don't have an account, don't worry, it will take you a minute to sign-up. Make sure to have you tax exempt ID # on hand. Once your account is created with your verified Tax ID exempt #  you can use your government credit card at checkout.

Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and unopened. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

Please call 877-NAT-PARK for an authorization from customer service when making a return or exchange. Additional shipping will not be charged to send an exchange.

For U.S. domestic delivery of in-stock times will occur within 7-10 days for standard shipping and 3-4 days for expedited shipping. For international locations, delivery may vary. Delivery methods and time for expedited mail will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
