Who can purchase Arrowhead products?

National Park Service employees and alumni, Volunteers-in-Parks, cooperating association employees, National Park Foundation employees and members of the Student Conservation Association are permitted to purchase Arrowhead products.

Do I need an NPS.gov email to make a purchase?

The nps.gov email address assures us that you are approved to purchase Arrowhead items. If you do not have an nps.gov address, include your affiliation in the comments field to help us verify your involvement with the National Park Service.

How do I use my tax exempt government credit card? How do I apply my tax exempt number?

Arrowhead Store will now require users to have an account before completing purchasesIf you already have an account, log in to your account and go to the account registration page to update your tax-exempt status. If you don't have an account, don't worry, it will take you a minute to sign-up. Make sure to have you tax exempt ID # on hand. Once your account is created with your verified Tax ID exempt #  you can use your government credit card at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

How do I return or exchange items?

Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and unopened. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

Please call 877-NAT-PARK for an authorization from customer service when making a return or exchange. Additional shipping will not be charged to send an exchange.

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed within 3 business days of placing the order. For U.S. domestic delivery of in-stock times will occur within 7-10 days for standard shipping and 3-4 days for expedited shipping. For international locations, delivery may vary. Delivery methods and time for expedited mail will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

What happens when part of my order is on backorder?

There are times we cannot fulfill an entire order. If part of your order is backordered this will be indicated on your receipt. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Please note in the comments field if your government credit card needs to be charged by a certain date.

How can I order a quantity greater than "in stock"?

If the quantity you need to order exceeds the amount in stock, call Customer Service to place a special order - 877-NAT-PARK. Note: Minimum quantities apply to some items.
